Cycle Express

An all levels express class focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery to give you a great non-impact workout. This lunch-time class offers a great workout in a short time for those who are busy, working or just want a quick, efficient workout midday.

Cycle 60

An intensive cardiovascular workout that focuses on endurance, strength, intervals and recovery to give you a great non-impact workout.

Cycle & Core

A 40-minute cardio workout on the bike followed by 15 minutes of core strengthening and 5 minutes of stretching for fabulous abdominals.

Community Cycle

An all levels class focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery to give you a great non-impact workout. Beginners welcome. Included in your Fitpass.

Cycle Strength Stretch: At GECC

Enjoy a challenging and motivating workout in a small group environment! Build strength in this 75-minute class that combines cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength training and stretching for a total body workout.
