Breathe in the fresh air in this high-energy, total-body-conditioning class led by a certified personal trainer! Enjoy variety in each workout using your own body weight, TRX®, medicine balls, weights and balance boards along with other small equipment suitable for training outdoors. Be prepared for cardio intervals, strength training, core development and stretching. This is an outdoor program: Come prepared for all weather.
