Forest Yoga

Fall & Winter

Take time out to disconnect and mindfully reconnect in nature after a grounding, gentle yoga session. Being in nature reduces health concerns and stress levels while improving sleep and restoring mental and physical wellbeing. This unique mindful practice begins with a one hour yoga class where we will set our intentions for the guided walk. Following a 15 minute break, we will head to an outdoor destination for a 45 minutes walk to personally reflect while exploring nature and ourselves.
